Can't integrate an email account into BlackBerry Internet Service? This may help

Sometimes, stuff happens.

I'm talking about frustrating occurrences such as you being unable to integrate an email account with your BlackBerry Internet Service Account.

Well, this happens often enough that the BlackBerry Technical Knowledge Center has seen fit to post a Decision Tree Knowledge Base article it is calling "Unable to receive from an integrated Mail Connector account."

I am of two minds when I consider screen grabbing these things. Because Decision Trees are, by proxy, a series of complicated if-then scenarios, they require lots of arrows and small print. And when they are compressed to our format, they will show up small and blurry. The fact that I am grabbing a PDF and not a TIF makes it even more challenging.

But then again, I often err on the side of grabbing. Why? Because you want to know that the Decision Tree resource for the particular problem exists. And I always put a link to a page where you can print out the DT and deets in a format that won't cause you to squint.

DTs are not eye candy. They can be brain candy, so enjoy..
